Ingredients:
(Per 100g Serve): Energy 1566 kJ / 375 cal, Protein 82.0gm, Fat - Total 2.8gm - Saturated 1.0gm, Carbohydrates - Total 4.0 gm - Sugars 2.0gm, Dietary Fiber 0.6gm, Sodium 705mg, Potassium 585mg.

Instructions:
Mix 30g (2 heaped Tablespoons) with 200-250ml of water, milk (skim, low fat, full cream or soy) or juice as desired. Use more or less liquid for a thinner or thicker consistency.
