ADYBIRD FIBRE CLEANSE is a totally natural internal cleansing system designed to improve digestion and nutrient absorption, cleanse the liver and maintain regularity. It is a comprehensive formulation consisting of soluble and insoluble fibres, including Psyllium Fibre, Soy Fibre, Resistant Starch (High Amylose Starch) and Oligofructose. Liver cleansing herbs including Dandelion & Milk Thistle and Probiotics (acidophilus & bifidus) combine to naturally cleanse and detoxify the digestive system, allowing for greater utilisation of the food you eat.

Ingredients:
Glucose Polymers, Psyllium Fibre (Husk & Powder), Soy Fibre, High Amylose Starch (Resistant Starch), Oligofructose, Flavour*, Guar Gum, Citric Acid, Tridophilus (Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus), Barley Grass, Dandelion, Milk Thistle, Sweetener (Sucralose), Natural Colours (Beta Carotene, Carmine)*, MagnaSweetTM (licorice root extract)* *Tropical Flavour only Contains soy ingredients

Instructions:
Mix 10-15g (2-3 heaped teaspoons) with 200ml of water or juice. Use more or less liquid for a thicker or thinner consistency. Fibre Cleanse can also be added to breakfast cereals, yoghurt and protein shakes. (Best used morning and night)
