Instructions:

Do not use more then one bottle of Megamess without having a 4 week break. _________________________________________________________ MALES: Under 25 years of age. Take 1 - 2 tablets daily with food. Over the age of 25. Take 2 - 3 tablet daily. Males are not to exceed more then 4 tablets daily to achieve desired results.
