MEGAPRO is one of the only sustained release Protein powders on the Australian market. This means that when consumed, the user gets an immediate release of protein into the system(approx. 50%) and then a sustained ongoing release of up to 4 hours later. Instructions:
Mixing in glass: To mix place 1 scoop of MEGAPRO into a glass and fill with approximately 250ml of water or milk and stir with spoon for 15 seconds. Mixing in shaker: To mix place 1 scoop of MEGAPRO into shaker and fill with approximately 250ml of water or milk, close lid and shake for 10 seconds.
